On Friday, April 1 we will be holding our Friday night Kabbalat Shabbat services both in-person at the landmark Nidhe Israel synagogue in downtown Bridgetown, as well as on-line. In particular we encourage visitors who may be here on holiday to join us in welcoming the Sabbath at our historic 17th century shul.
Your participation is welcome in either format, however if you plan to join us in-person at the synagogue, we kindly request:
(1) Please don’t join us unless you are at least double-vaccinated (honor system, please respect)
(2) All standard COVID protocols will be in effect (mask, sanitizing, etc.)
(3) Please remain in the seat we assign to you upon arrival for the duration of the service; there will be an opportunity after services to socialize in the open-air courtyard
(4) Please advise us in advance of your planned attendance by email at email@example.com. For groups of five or more a confirmed reservation is required.
Services begin at 6:30pm local time (5:30pm EDT). If you would like to join us virtually, here is the meeting link.
The parsha this week is: Tazria, from the book of Leviticus (Va’Yikra 12-13)
