Shabbat Shalom!
Each week as I write this message, I am amazed that another week has flown by already. This week our families celebrated the joint birthdays of Justin and Rina. It feels like minutes ago that they were in grade school. It makes me realize how fleeting time is and how important it is to make every moment of every day as vibrant and precious as possible.
I ask myself each Rosh Hashanah “How do I want to spend my physical as well as mental time?” So many times, I forget that I have a choice to focus on the positive rather than the negative. This Rosh Hashanah please remember to surround yourselves with people, activities and work that bring you joy, fulfillment and the positive in life.

I also wanted to share with you this flier that I received through the AJWS. It is a thoughtful way to celebrate the New Year.
